**As To Who(m) ... Those On The Surface ... Who Believe That Of The Choices That Are Available ... Are Extremely Limited ... As To Actions To Be Taken ... Versus Inactions ... They Choose To Go Ahead ... Even Though They Know That Their Solutions ... Extreme & Toxic ... Are But A Temporary Measure ... Not The Solution To The Problems !!
