Lately for the past few weeks I've been having some dizziness or weird lightness in my head.

I thought for awhile it was my blood sugar being low but, I am also pre-hypertensive so that I must take Meds for it.

I don't know if I am dehydrated or what.

I do know that Lately it is happening more and more frequently and I am worried.
