Hey ST I saw that you mentioned garlic as a cure for high blood pressure to another poster. I was wondering if you know anything else that can help with blood pressure? It runs in my family as well.

I also have probably the largest arm/hand veins I've ever seen in a person in my life. I do not say that as an exaggeration either. I would've assumed it is just normal/genetic except that when my arms are at my side when im standing I feel a heavyness or pressure in my hands as if the blood is having a hard time returning up through my arms? It's like it is losing the battle with gravity or something.

It is strange because I have no visible veins in my legs, just huge ones in my lower arms and hands. I'm quite thin and tall and have seen many people with this body type with lots of prominent veins, but mine are absolutely exceptional. They are very very blue in appearance too, its actually pretty grotesque looking. Any ideas if there could be a problem and what sort of things I could eat?There is no point going to the doctor obviously. I've heard ginger is good for circulation.
