Truth2 I don't mean to be a dickhead but I think during the 7 year duration of this thread we could have have posted a lot of similar events at any point in time during that 7 year span.
People were expecting the pole shift, events of the sort of magnitude you've posted have been happening at least since I've been at GLP (5 years) and quite probably long before that...
I think we were looking for 3 days of darkness and a poleshift, not more ambiguous doom. Don't get me wrong it is terrible for the people involved, but it's a far cry from paradigm shattering events.

I do :) - I never intuited the poster as having any sort of feeling even close to wishing doom, not upon him or his family, or upon anyone or anything. The Wise view the "Larger Picture" as One's own interpretation as Bestowed upon him by what he would consider to be his own Mind- which in fact IS given to him [or her :) ]- by the ONE Who has him [or her :) ] in MIND. ;) - pso
