If the latter is the case then DO NOT state that no-one will be around by Dec 21,2012. You made a literal statement and someone who doesn't know better might well believe you. That is where my issue is. That statement could hurt a gullible person who does not know any better. It is just plain old misleading for someone who does not know your history of doing this sort of thing.
