Mountains which you claim are all ancient volcanoes would not contain any sea fossils as the so called mountain would had been molten rock before hardening, and all would had burned up.

These ranges are created within hours as fish are quickly buried in the uplift, and fossilized with their soft tissue still intact. This would be impossible with a mountain created by any volcano.
