Have ST in BG (the Anunnaki) or 'The People/One People' (Zetas) ever stated that they represent and practice the principles of 'LOVE and LIGHT', which can be thought of as a very elevated level of spirituality, such as magnificent compassion towards others?
The answer to that question will tell you whether it is in your best interest to continue following them as your saviors.
