I could not help myself with responding to the 'times up' for us to change.What the heck did everyone expect 'up there' when you take a 'highly advanced' being.And dumbing yourself down into a barbaric form? Of course back to me again! I do energy work....just on myself and am quite a beginner LOL.....how can I more easily "unplug" from ritual behaviors? By that I mean repeating patterns, falling into past habits so easily. This seems to be a huge stumbling block for me as of late. Suggestions?

I put it on shuffle quite often.After about 5 or 6 songs 'chemical warfare' by Slayer came on.Right after it the next song was another by Slayer,ANTI-CHRIST!!! I was flabbergasted to say the least! This is the band who's 'GOD HATES US ALL' CD came out at 12 a.m. 9/11! A few hours before the towers were hit! I'am tiered right now so will tell you a story about their Chilean vocalist Tom Araya later.
