I sort of messed my sleeping pattern up and now I usually don't sleep in the night, and wait until early morning? Can the human energy field around the body be used as a "merkaba"/vehicle?

If so, how would one go about finding their "sense" of this energy, and then learning to control and utilize it.

When I am calm and quiet, waiting for the reception of the next idea or motive, lately I've been getting bombarded with negative feelings, paranoia, fear, and just complete unwellness or "instanity".

It's to the point where it has stopped me from doing any spiritual work at all, because every time I try to go within myself, I begin to doubt, now, whether it will work for me or against me.

I've gone to the deepest parts of my being and my memory before, yet now I don't fear this "anxiety" or "doubt" anymore, it's just like I've been away so long I've forgotten how to do it.

Is there anything I can do to try and remember my old ways, and my old sense of being?

Also, are there any harmful electronics that would be found around the house today, like a computer monitor that emits radation, or a cell phone or something like that? Anything that should be gotten rid of?

When I am calm and quiet, waiting for the reception of the next idea or motive, lately I've been getting bombarded with negative feelings,

Before when I would do it.

I would usually feel the same feelings that I get now, only there would be much more distinction between what was caused by me, and what, when I stopped thinking about, literally stayed right in front of my or in the back of my head, asking me to continue. Like it was from another source.

Now when I do that, it's like I don't have the power to "see", at all. It's like I'm too connected to what I see with my eyes, and not what I'm thinking or feeling. Is there anyway you can provide for me to understand, that I could first better my ability to perceive what's being sent to or recieved by me, in order to further do my work?

I'm thinking it's along the lines of simple focus. Yet, I don't really know what to focus to, or what I'm looking for. A still small voice? I barely speak in a voice anymore.

Now, you said if I couldn't find the right willingness from within myself to find this, I could ask for it from another source.

How would I go about "putting in a request", would it be something like being in a place where distractions won't be a matter, and simply asking...yourself..or the air..for help?

Who do I have to direct it to, to expect a response from?

When I was little I remember "playing", only I never wanted to play with them. I would simply go up to my room, or hide right around a corner, and right there would they be. I never really had to wait or ask, I always was with them.

And I didn't like to play, so we would always talk and discuss things, about my family and about what I knew. We would ALWAYS talk, and I used to think I was talking to myself the whole time, with just a littttle bit of external source being involved, until I smoked marijuana for the first few times.

Got into "playing" and speaking to them, instead of just being high, and I found that I could literally SEE them. Or energy or something. And it was just strange. I could HEAR them, it was like it made all of that stand out times ten. Maybe that's why some people are aren't ready, experience psychotic behavior when they do psychoactives.

Well, I could do all that I could before, only much much better, and I could go deeper and literally learn something every time I thought, and it would be like a game of coversation between us.

Do you know about that? Like. It literally feels like you're playing a game with a long long lost twin or something, both of you know each others thoughts, and so when you speak it's like a contrast and comparison of each others feelings. I just don't know how to describe it because it was also so much more than that with what I experienced, and notice a lot MORE of this was experienced without the use of marijuana. Marijuana just let me know who I was talking to all those times..who I was "playing" with.

So, I'm going to do what you said, find a quiet spot, and just keep trying, and maybe I'll find a way to gain the focus.

Another thing...marijuana is said to make you lose focus...and become like a baby or a child.

How is it that it gave such "focused" results for me?

Is our "mainstream" and current idea of "focus" and what is taught in schools and by the media to be a good "focused" individual, just simply a distracted person brought away from their inner thoughts and led into a lie?

Can you tell me a little bit about what focus truly is, if it's focusing on the work and world around you, or if it's realizing what is happening on the inside, and acting a bit like a baby for a moment by not becoming involved with those around you, but seeing those within you?

Sorry, this is a VERY complicated matter for me. Yet I want to get back to it, where I've left off, for various reasons, and I'm thinking you may be able to help me, although I might not be asking the right questions for what I truly require to begin learning again.

Lastly, does not eating, or eating very lightly make one more perceptible to the fields of thought, or the higher perceptions of the mind?

Is physical activity necessary for the body? With a better body, would the muscles maintain themselves? A more efficienty energy body, that is, and thus physical.
