I know that the capability of materialise and dematerialise exists at least for some ETs.

What is your opinion of a poject where by an ideal society is set as example among the peoples of the earth and our cosmic brothers to show and prove the real of the benefits of coexsitence? THat Humans needs an example is definitely there.

That said, there will be many so called unknowledgeable beings (called enemies) who will try to sabotage such a project therefore its has to be protected by the ETs against these less knowledgable beings.
