Wise words. When we enter a library and pick up a book of our CHOICE, whether fiction or non fiction, we expect there to be some semblance of order. If the librarian were to tear out the pages from many books and haphazardly reassemble them, only the most persistant would bother reading these books, and then they would like here, totally ignore the unimportant pages. Like the commercials on TV, most of us just flip channels or head for the restroom.

If we wanted to read Amitakh Stanford, we would either go to a site pertaining to him or purchase his books. However, by this information having been placed on this thread, we now see that it is a sore spot in ST in BG's thinking and we may wonder why. Has Stanford hit on something or is he totally off the wall, and knows not what he is talking about.

As to some of the other posters here, it is obvious that they are like little children who belong in the playground, and not in a library until they grow up enough to add to the conversation.
