Greetings ST in BG !

i was reading some interesting information from so called council of nine / tom and found this sentence:
"There are particular times in your life when we do not observe, and that is when you are involved with your desires. We do not understand this, and it is none of our affair."

can you comment on this one please ?

..like only when we think, now you dont and now it is ok now you can observe ? or there are free perspectives, they wish not to stear with us in this way to not shape our desires ?

it will help me clarify few things while examining it here :)

1 more.. do you remember all postings, all people asking interesting questions, their attitudes ? or just some "juicy" parts are remembered ? with you i mean you all / perhaps me too someday .)
