I don't agree with that point of view entirely.
I think the conditions here on Earth are orchestrated in such a way it is almost impossible to "quick learning". All is orchestrated to slow the learning of the majority by a minority ruling the planet.
Who is te guilty in this situation? For me clearly those beings that permit the incarnation of "dark ones" in the ruling elite familys that currently rule the world. If only light beings were to incarnate in these families all the problems humanity currently have will be gone because our "leaders" would be caring ones. As Kryon once said: "you know if you were ruling the world many bad things you see will be no more, and that is the cause why you are not incarnated in such positions to rule the world".
That indicates a experiment is going on. This experiment ends in 2012 and the result of it is going to be applied to the entire Universe. The experiment is about the amount of light/love needed in the Universe. When the cycle ends we will know about it all.

I don't believe we should complain about the harsh environment we live and learn in. First, it got this way by our fault and our ancestor's - which means US, after all, as after death we get to animate other bodies usually on the same planet.
We've always had choice and not always made the most efficient ones. Even in our myths we have this issue of a "bad" choice: the world chose between a prophet and a rebel, and you know how.
On the other hand, I guess if I want to prove I'm so great, I go to learn at some well-known university which is a lot harder to graduate than others. We all want to do things "not because they are easy, but because they are hard"!
Another reason not to complain is that we've always had the needed information at hand. We are so smart, we don't even need explicit teachings, we have our sayings, myths, old and new writings. These are contributions brought to us by those who maybe sacrificed their life to do it. Their stories became myths as well, such as Prometheus. Even today, no ET can tell us what to do, and tell us something new.
It's not that we don't know, it's what we choose. For many lessons we don't even need to know anything.

Now that I see you mention Implants...I have a question.

A few years ago, I had these tones I kept hearing in my right ear.It seems I always had problems with the right ear and /or sinus. Still do.. but.. anyway.

The tones were always the same. dah dah, dah dah, dada dada , dah dah. And it kept repeating. same pitch, same rhythm, same tones. It was very annoying at night, as I tried to go to sleep.

One night, I woke up and felt someone was in the room at the foot of the bed. The sound in my ear was buzzing now. I remember the dog barking and looking at the clock.. it was 2am. Then, I smelled a skunk and rolled over. I thought to myself, That is what she is barking at; A skunk. When I rolled over... I saw that it was daylight. I was surprised. I had just looked at the clock and it was 2 am. I looked back at the clock. It was 5 am. Three hours later.

It was like I heard the dog... told her to be quiet. rolled over and 3 hours were gone. The buzzing was no longer in my head. I never heard the tones after that again.

Ever so often after that, I heard another tone.. but is nothing like the first one. But I have not heard it in years.

Did I have a defective implant, and they came and took it out? Was it replaced.. or do I not have one any more? Or am I imagining things?

I already told you about the numerous ear infections and how the doctors said my 'tinnitus' is because of this or my drinking habits.

I mightily slowed down on my drinking...well except for last weekend, I'm still pissed off ( better than pissed on) about puking up all that good bear!!!

LOL, anyway I have a damn concert going on in both ears with ringing, high pitched tones and drumming it's driving me crazy!!!

Is it possible in the future in 4D to have a 4D body that does not require food. I have been vegetarian for many earth decades now, and a vegan for almost 1 decade. If I had a choice, I wold not eat anything...not veg. fruit, nuts, grains and of course not animals, nor energies from other beings... IS it possible to not be a parasite?

Now that I see you mention Implants...I have a question.

A few years ago, I had these tones I kept hearing in my right ear.It seems I always had problems with the right ear and /or sinus. Still do.. but.. anyway.

The tones were always the same. dah dah, dah dah, dada dada , dah dah. And it kept repeating. same pitch, same rhythm, same tones. It was very annoying at night, as I tried to go to sleep.

One night, I woke up and felt someone was in the room at the foot of the bed. The sound in my ear was buzzing now.
