I've read a book printed in the 90's that told a story similar to yours. The planet being cleaned-up by the approach of a celestial body, all surface being wiped-out. Extraterestrial ships landing to save what they can save, and take them to other planets where they get educated. Then come back to a desert-like Earth and start rebuilding, with the ET's asistance.
Some details differ from yours, but the main facts are the same.

Also many other different statements in the book made it qualified for a high-value and trusted source of information for me, just like most of your posts did.

We don't know much of the truth about our own world, and have little chances to complete the puzzle out of the leftover bits&pieces of intel we get.
But there are those who are trying really hard, and print books telling their findings.

So, there are many sources from where we can find out that our race was genetically engeneered by ET's, called gods (or deities etc) throughout our legends. And other interesting stuff as well.

Such as that Jesus of Nazareth was not the real Christ. Found it in the same book.

Not all the humans are mere puppets. "dark" thoughts are planted in your mind, and also don't forget you are also a good source for them LOL...
What you can do to prevent these influences is recognize that these thougths are not good for the good of humanity and try understand where they come and why. Imagine you are angry for something. Try understand why and practice patience, this will make a better world when all people first thinks and only after acts. Also you can recognize youngers making the same errors you made when younger, it is needed for them to learn make errors in their life.
A "lightworker" way of protection is imagine yourself bathed in white light, imagine you are filled with this white loving light that the Creator in you gives you and imagine this light filling every cell in your body. Feel joy in this and feel thanks for this. This light is loving you give to all your cells you are made of (living beings each one remember!). Think thanks to your cells because they are the better ones than exist, thank them. As I said you jump "multiverses" choosing the one you want be with this feeling so what this does is jumping to one where your cells are healthy and your mind is without bad things.

But I know OP you already know all this. I know it by your questions. :-) Just saying it for others that can be reading another answer that the ST one to this. I find interesting ST trying avoid this "lightworker" way (that it is really the real one).

As I said all the possible realities are thought already by the Creator, the only thing you do is jumping from one to other and all this jumping is what you call your life. The veil has the purpose of maintaining us doing the test we are doing. No one is maintained in a dumbed state by the veil, the dumbed state was the DNA alteration disconnecting things. The DNA is going to connect again, it probably needs some event extraordinary giving us a bath of light or something like that. Or perhaps simply our children are better and better in each generation with a more "entire" DNA. Who knows...



ST I would like to know if all the people on Earth has one of this good implants or what is the percentage of people having it, and if it is perhaps only in USA.

I agree ST. Give us powers and we would do revenge things and so all the time... First a spiritual evolution is needed. But really I think with a telepathy empathy as I said it would be done from night to next day. The only thing that makes sense then is we are doing a test, not living a normal evolutionary life in some lost planet in the stars. We are special beings (probably one from every habited planet) doing a test to conform our Local Universe in a new way. Searching for the right amount of dark and light probably.
