Honestly, I don't think we are able to come up with large scale solutions that will be allowable by TPTB. You need to realize we are being HEAVILY manipulated. A very strong system is in place already to control the minds and lives of humanity to their liking. It's been planned for a long
long time. If you cannot see this, I suggest you do some research as it is readily available all over the place on the internet. You'll come to the end conclusion that we ARE being severely manipulated, and as ST in BG has said,
those that manipulate us on the planetary scale are not humans. It's the only logical conclusion when you consider what they are doing. They've been controlling for possibly thousands of years (or more?) and I don't believe
short lived humans would put such a multi-millennium plan in place just to die after approximately 75 years and never see the plan begin to materialize. They've got to be extraterrestrials that live many many years.

So to answer your question, I think we will not be allowed to put in place such solutions anyways. Though it's a nice idea, you need to see just how controlled our lives are by TPTB. The world didn't get to be in such shitty condition by a simple series of mistakes by TPTB, it was planned
to happen this way. TPTB don't care about the state of the environment. Why don't they care? Well to me it only makes sense that they know Nibiru is coming to wipe everything out and thus use the environment for their own gains.

When ST suggested they destroy the environment for gains because they know it will all be gone soon, this struck a cord with me. It makes a lot of sense.

To me it is not doom at all. Sure we will all die, but the
end result is the experience of something so vastly different from what we're used to on earth. I hope for Nibiru to come and shatter this extremely lame capitalistic "profit at the expense of others" paradigm we live in. I wish for Nibiru to come and show terrestrial scientists that what they would consider "science fiction" is actually very real and there is more to existence than what is known in the confines of our material based science. Nothing for me could be more freeing at this point.

I can't understand why more people aren't tired with this
society to be honest. Millions around the world starve while others live in expensive houses and drive ridiculously priced cars and buy many items they don't need. I've been guilty of this myself in this life. I'm tired of it all though. No one is free here. Almost all free thought outside the box is belittled for being "crazy". Egoistic attitudes run rampant and putting
others down is the order of the day. We can create atomic bombs capable of mass destruction yet can't even cure the common cold. Something is seriously wrong here, don't tell me you don't see it. If you don't see it, you need to
open your eyes. This needs to end. So it's not doom, its just the end of a broken down society and a new beginning of a very different experience on another density.
