really vivid, controlled, dreams for the last three days?

I'm not addressing this to the special folk who are always gifted with vivid dreams, just those who for the last few days only have been witnessing and controlling very vivid dreams.

And it's not just in the waking hours, sometimes middle of the night, very vivid waking-dreams like it's all real.

The thought, "If this were a dream..." during the dream. Anyone else?
