All this simtoms are like a 9, and I can't actually specifi what the problem seems to be. This is about a spacific as I can make it.

QE is simply becoming aware of the problem and then dissolving it back into Pure Awareness by becoming "Aware of Awareness." That's all there is to it.

You can do this for yourself, though it's sometimes easier for another to do it for us as we sometimes block ourselves if we don't fully trust that Pure Awareness will handle it.

If we all did this for one another, the world would be a paradise.

Dr. Frank Kinslow has a couple books out. The two I have are "The Secret of Quantum Living" and "The Secret of Instant Healing". I like the "Quantum Living" one better as it shows a simpler way to apply it and how to use it in all areas of life.

The method is similar to ho'oponopono and to what was taught by Joel Goldsmith, Emmet Fox, Neville and others.

I quit smoking last week and am really struggling with those "automatic" cigarettes - when I start the car, after dinner, etc. I'd rate the struggle about an 8, but the issue itself a 10 because I really want to succeed this time.

Right lower leg swollen, distended for over a year. Had lots of tests. Am careful of diet and do mild exercise.
Arterial pressure 65%
No clot found; no solutions.
Minor pain but difficult to walk/stand for very long.
Major frustration.

felt like i needed a nap after you did qe and my headache is now completely gone. when i first posted it was a 7 ramping up towards a 10, within 5 minutes (your first session) it had dropped to a 3, and after the second it had dropped to a 1.

you're fabulous for taking the time to do this for people!

perhaps you could help with a non-health issue too? we've been struggling to get the irs to give us back our money and they've been fighting us tooth and nail. perhaps you could convince them to send us our check. :)

oh forgot to rate that, it's an 8 on the problem/stress scale

Hi OP, I have been looking at QE as possible way to remedy my lower back. I have a ruptured disk there that limits my movements and is pretty uncomfortable. I would say at around 8.
