If you are not feeling some lifting in the next couple of days, check back and I will do another session... Maybe get more focused with a bit more detail.

You may not realize this but you add value just by being. Your mere presence has worth. You are not broken and there is nothing to fix. You just have an
energy blockage which when allowed to move through will restore your balance again.
