BTW, my foot cramps at night are nearly gone. They stopped cramping about a week ago,with only 2 nights where I woke up with cramps.

The next time you get cramps in the foot, try saying "YES" to the area of discomfort. Send love emotions to the muscles. they should fade fairly quickly. Works for me!

And I'm still looking at the Silva methods...there's a lot to investigate.

I'm still doing the QuantumK healing video.

It seems like my symptoms come and go but from a couple of remarks that I've read, that is normal.

Foot cramps have come back...I'll try what you've suggested. Another thing that works is to put a teaspoon of yellow mustard in a glass of water, stir it up and drink. That seems to be working for me.

Overall, it seems like my BP is jumping around a lot, but I really don't know for sure because I wasn't monitoring it constantly, like I now. Jumps aren't to out of range though. From 102 up to high 120, which is still ok.

I've not got through the whole list yet.

Here are the observed changes:
- although there were no changes in the physical condition of my teeth, I became much more relaxed about this issue - around 5/10, but unfortunately the panic is coming back slowly,
- my parents got a couple of sales that were above average, and it looked like a sudden miraculous change :) it is still pocket money, but it gives hope. :)

Hi Muscovado, appreciate the feedback of changes. However, you are building up resistance. I will do another QE, but you should lower this resistance as best as you can.

Try these...

When you find you are getting that loop in your thinking that causes you to experience panic, notice the thought pattern. Don't judge it. Then think... "Thank you for sharing". Then gently release the thoughts. Keep doing that until you have no more thought or start thinking of something more pleasant.

Next, please do this exercise so you may get closer to Pure Awareness. You will relax the resistance.

I'm not sure if the offer to perform QE still stands, as I realise that it's a while since the thread was started. But I'm just gonna post, hoping that I'm not too late!

My problems are as follows

A chronic, progressive pain condition all over my body
A narrow, retuded jaw that causes sleep apnea and breathing problems, and of course heart rate is up, i'm exhausted, can't concentrate, etc.
9/10

The pain condition has been there for about 8 years,and has interfered hugely with my career and studies.

The jaw problem for about 15 years, and the sleep apnea for about 4.

I have tried everything I can, wasted lots of money, and now feel desperate and hopeless.

Also, I have struggled with depression, ocd, self esteem issues and difficulty forming relationships for about 16 years. 9/10

Hello, I have right hip pain that extends to my knee and into my back. I would rate it at a #8 as it severely limits my activity level. I was born with a dislocated hip which was repaired. The problem is becoming worse with time. thank you!!

I'm back after a long sabbatical :) Hope you're doing well.

I found that my own life was not doing so great because I stopped doing QE for a long time.

I just started doing it again and the turnaround has been dramatic and instant in all areas. QE is totally miraculous.

Happy to do QE for anyone that needs some.

Any area of concern:

Health
Money
Relationships
Spiritual
Mental/Emotional distress of any kind (fear, depression, anger, etc.)
Overall problem solving

Please tell me specifically what's going on with you so I can get a clear picture in my mind.

No need to give your name unless you want to. A name (including a screen name) does help me remember who you are so I can check in with you and recognize you if you post again. It's hard identifying everyone by problems and symptoms only! :-D

Also, if you have multiple health concerns, please list ALL of them. No need to list only one at a time.

And, if you have multiple issues like money, health and relationship problems, you can put them all in one post. No need to post multiple times. The fewer posts the better. Just put it all out there at once.

QE WILL help you, though I cannot promise "total healing", or healing on any particular time schedule, or that you'll become a millionaire or anything like that, but QE always helps in some way 100% of the time, even if "only" by bringing you greater peace.

After you get QE done, please post again with any positive developments that occur or if you would like additional sessions.
