those 'stars' not moving in US and elsewhere are massive airship technology static platforms IMHO

when they get a little too much attention - they move

how incredibly easy would it be to coat an airship with LEDS or LCD 'display' and make it vanish

if you did that - it would never matter that it could not move very fast - for basic spy platforms perhaps

shockingly easy and inexpensive

our generations now just never saw how big these things were
