But, I would argue that the emotional levels of the planet "could" be manipulated not for the purposes of immediate war but as a release so that war is avoided, at least until the timing is more suited for TPTB needs. Things like this can release tension. It gives people a way to hate without massive casualties. Its still manipulation, and they are not doing it for the good of humanity. But if they continue to gain more control over our lives without firing a bullet it can benefit "them", right? |

On a mundane level, I don't see how "emotional release" from the general public delays war. Only because I don't see "the public" out there demanding war. At least not openly or directly. It would seem to me that various governments, militaries, businesses, and religious leaders are the ones mostly responsible for calling off war or not. So perhaps you're talking about something that is occurring on another 'level'? A question not then of distraction, release, or utility but a question of attention itself? |
