The pipe was 3 feet underground. Even if it were leaking, SOMETHING had to ignite a spark to set the gas on fire.

Or a bomb dropped by the airplane that was seen by local witnesses!!!

that is a different pipe system

maybe the sewer system was plugged up or something, but natural gas system is a different pipe system
