This correlates to the UFO I saw in 1972-73. It traversed horizon to horizon in a mathematically precise arc formation in seemingly a milisecond. However in this arc formation it left a peachy-copper color trace in its arc pattern and could stop and hover for approximately the same duration as it took to arc. It stopped abruptly from that insane speed. Absolutely abruptly at which time it looked like a bright white star and accelerated to full speed just as abruptly. Within maybe six-eight repetitions it leap frogged from horizon to horizon.

But the color of the arc trace was reminiscent of argon street highway lighting. Peachy...

I'm afraid not. The thrust produced by a pulsed plasma thruster is too low to be able to propel a craft (presumably in atmosphere- think of the drag forces!) from horizon to horizon in such a time.
