The revelation comes in a devastating new portrait in which the First Lady of France is portrayed as a plastic-surgery and sex obsessed "female Don Juan".

Leading investigative author Besma Lahouri claims that the 42-year-old former supermodel has not changed her ways since becoming Mr Sarkozy's third wife three years ago.
