TheOracle User ID: 1107224 United States 09/22/2010 10:21 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Sickscent....I live in the northeast. As you can see from my post it is a little after 10PM. A storm was starting in my area around 7PM. There were dark clouds and a lot of lightening, but barely any rain. The funny thing is that it is still doing this three hours later. When you look outside the sidewalk is just damp and the grass is damp but not soaked. I stood outside and there is only fine drops that seem to evaporate before hitting the ground. The odd thing is the lightening. When the storm first started there would be a lightening strike at the front of the clouds of the incoming storm, but then that seemed to produce lightening in a wide area in front of the cloud in three to five different locations each time. The lightening was not bolts and instead looked like balls of lightening. Now, 3 hours later the clouds are above me but they are not dark. The lightening is now in bolts but the patterns are like nothing I have ever seen. The bolts are also more in a straight line in reference to the sky versus coming down (horizontal) and are not in a zig zag form...more like straight lines. One of them looked like a perfect pitch fork but was perfectly horizontal in the sky. It is so odd that I sat outside, in my front row seat and watched for an hour. Even though I have tons of work waiting for me, I couldn't take my eyes off the sky. It wasn't scary....just unusual. It has not really rained at all to this point. Just fine drops. I stood in the open for 10 minutes and could feel the fine drops but did not really get wet. The thunder is really loud with the lightening strikes. So strange but cool. Also, the rain smell in the air is phenominal. I have never smelled it that intense. Any thoughts on this? Can this be related to plasma? As you see there are always new people come to 'listen' so it's definitely worth the effort. And then there are those who are looking for newer information and just to be there with like-minded souls. A lot of people now have a fairly well supported idea as to what are the scenarios that can happen but basically what makes me feel a bit uneasy is the unknown. Noone really knows how and when exactly is it going to 'play out'. But I guess this is where unconditional faith has to come - we don't really have any alternative, do we? Most of the lightning was to my north & south as i drove west, but i could feel the "electric" sensations it was producing. It was quite a wild ride. Awesome for sure! Again, sorry to interrupt, I know this is a bit off-topic as well, but this brings up a subject that has "got my goat" for many years...and is actually somewhat on topic, if ya think about it for a minute. All of these ancient things we dig up or find we try to put the pieces together of what they are, where they came from, what they mean...we draw conclusions, assume certain things based on other assumed things...some on "scientific findings"...then we establish "history". What if they were wrong? Just like you pointed out, about many other things. Like they find something and assume it is an alter of some sort...but really is just a simple chopping block that was used to prepare a meal. Or like these cave drawings...people have assumed they were certain things, like aliens. What if they were just plasma formations in the sky. So much of our entire history could be wrong just because of mistakes made in assuming what we think we know now, and apply it to what was then...when then was not the same as now. Thanks for bringing that up. And SS, what you are pointing out could help people understand the mistakes made in our "beliefs" in history and/or whatever else people think things mean/meant.
