They should be able to do it.
Get rid of the extra weight ... minimal fuel to get to the the next airport big enough for it with only a few minutes of reserve ... change the takeoff speed to get rid of the margin of safety built into the takeoff tables ... voila it will fly. Not well, but it will fly.
Seen old pics of a TWA 707 that landed at the wrong airport in one city many years ago, on a runway only 1/2 of what it was supposed to need. They got that one stopped right at the end (but blew all the tires I think)and then later after stripping it bare flew it out and over to the regular airport.
