Remember the guy who went to the Ground Zero Mosque last weekend and burned a Koran?

Well the guy in that video - Derek Fenton - has now been fired from his job with New Jersey Transit. A press release by the Transit agency said that Fenton violated their code of ethics.

I would be fine if this was a private company firing the guy. But NJ Transit is a government agency - and should a government agency by firing someone for their expression of free speech on the employees' private time?
