1) What they were doing was not "getting a buzz".

2) One beer at lunch is not an issue...and that was NOT what was going on.

I hear where you're coming from. It's probably the only way you can sleep at night knowing you were serving alcohol to hundreds of workers at lunch time each day.

That way you don't have to feel responsible for the accidents they had, and the poor quality work that they did.

ok, so my husband does not do this... BUT.. he is a union steward.. so it is his job to defend these guys if they get caught. With a union, if you get caught, they will give you another chance.. like if caught with drugs in your system..you go under random drug testing for like 6 months or something, caught again..you would go to a treatment deal.

Anyways, something like that. My husband does not vote the way the union says he should..doesn't agree with what they do..but he's been there for years, so yeah...this goes on.

I did not point a gun to their head and force them to buy it, they are grown adults that make their own decisions.
