I chucked mine after six years. Gave it to Goodwill, haven't missed it AT ALL.

I haven't had cable or watched tv in close to 10 years. I don't miss that shit, and good for you. Spread the word, if only subtly (no one wants to be preached to), but I am totally with you...... Fuck the corporations, and their evil suggestion, manipulated mind control bullshit.

I have also cut myself off from movies and music as well...its all mind control. I am media free...other than some limited internet...but it's getting really bad now too.

I guess I'll check out of it once I feel it's too controlled...not far away I'm affraid.

Music nowadays is all garbage. Have you turned on the Top 40 stations lately? It's either degenerate rap or MAJORLY over-processed bubble gum pop crap. Disposable American Idol contestants who become overnight "celebrities" to be forgotten the next day are NOT real musicians like the Beatles or Bob Dylan.
