Is it a sin to sell drugs, when you are a Christian?

You are to obey the laws of the nation in which you live.

If it is unlawful to sell drugs in your nation, then it is a sin.

But, you also must weigh your conscience in this matter, as well.

If you are selling a substance that has a history of harmful effects on people--then you should consider your actions in more depth.

If you are questioning the ethics and morality of selling drugs that's probably a good indication that there is a doubt in your mind about the behavior which is probably a good indication that the behavior is a sin.

Christians according to the Bible are supposed to respect the law, and the people who enforce that law.

Selling drugs is against the law in most places. Therefore selling drugs would be against Christian doctrine at least in places where it is illegal to do that.

Yes. It's gods law, under the do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Also comes under thou shalt not kill and a few other laws. What you do to others you do unto yourself. Always honor the Great Spirit. etc. etc.

Till now, I did think, that to sell drugs is a BIG SIN.

Personally given the fact that drugs derail lives and deprive them of control which can cost them their lives and their salvation I'd say that drug dealers (not users) if not worthy of the death penalty are certainly worthy of spending most of their lives behind bars.

A drug to me is anything that causes artificial bliss. Like civilization and traditions....All is needed is a free mind to see the outcome... when the world comes down from this new modern high of limitless bliss through stuff... ...Tragedy

If you know drug use can deprive people of the ability to control other behaviors which could cost them their salvation then even in places where it is legal I would say dealing drugs is a sin.

Selling illegal drugs is a sin wether you are a christian or not. Christians aren't the only ones who sin; everyone sins.

I think Christians are not allowed to sell anything for money which is the root of all evil. So they can only give and donate it to people.
