POOH AND THE HONEY TREE
Winnie The Pooh and the Honey Tree
Written by: Richard M. Sherman and Robert B. Sherman

EXCERPT
[Pooh:]
I'm just a little black rain cloud, hovering under the honeytree
I'm only a little black rain cloud, pay no attention to little me

[Pooh and Christopher Robin:]
Everyone knows that a rain cloud never eats honey, no not a nip

[Pooh:]
I'm just floating around over the ground wondering where I will drip

*sound of bee buzzing*

Poor people do poor people things, and rich people do rich people things.

You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity.

What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.

The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.

When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it!

when you rob Paul to give to Peter ... ... ... you will always get Peters support!

I don't have any kids... although I did sing to my Ex's (like mine at the time) kid.

My Grandmother read Winnie the Pooh to me all the time as a kid... just surprised to see it as a thread (reeeeeal slow day).

Stored away somewhere, I have all the old Winnie Ther Pooh stories on old LP records. Of course my old record player is stored away as well, so I'd have to find a place to set all that up to play them.

Oh well. sigh

Hurray for you
Hurray for me
Hurray, Hurray
The Pooh will soon be free

Dum da dum pa rum pa rum pa rum
Now the time has come for proving what the diet did to Pooh
And since we pledged he'd be unwedged that's what we're going to do
He'll be pulled and he'll be tugged and eventually unplugged
We'll have a tug of war To open rabbit's door

Think heave-ish
Think ho-ish
And out the Pooh will go-ish
For Hi-Ho the matter has made the Pooh un-fatter

Heave!
Ho!
Heave!
Ho!
Heave Heave Heave Heave Heeeeeeeeave

Rather sinister when you realize what they are subtly implanting within the minds of the children.

This is par for the course unfortunately.

And that ain't honey dripping from all those double-entendre's into the childrens minds, IT SMELLS MORE LIKE POISON TO ME.
