Russia is probavly embarassed. Their missle defense has been defeated and now this. She is not what she use to be. Major brain-share has been lost to other countries. Same can be said about US. US missile shield?  Could be, but according to the russian feseration here at GLP it doesnt matter because we can take down any system with our haxoring. I am not convinced it was israel or the US. Why wouldn't the chinese want this? What better way to keep old foes fighting and convince the russians or iranians they need china expertise and weapons...for a price obviously..
