[ link to maps.google.com] Nice collection of cloth hangers they've got there. UVB76 is a relay station. Not the source. And it's relaying unencrypted communications. There is a purpose for that as well. Thanks for the google link, nice collection indeed. SURA looks nice too though: [ link to sura.nirfi.sci-nnov.ru]  I read about UVB76 being simply a repeater of SURA/other ionosphere research stations before, the unencrypted communications surrise me though, afaik nobody deciphered the few voice messages so far...
