If you have everything except food, clothing, and transportation taken care of for doing absolutely nothing, you are pretty lucky. Now, with your extra time, go out and get a job.

True. But what you don't get: Our bahaviour is a result of capitalism, therefore I'm right. You have only described symptoms of capitalism and not the true evil root of all which is the darwinistic capitalism.

To live like a poor person - yes.

To have any decent quality of life - no.

Well, you can´t expect living like a rich person for not working, can you?

Of course not, but I meant to convey that it would be a VERY poor quality of life, trying to exist on a pittance like that.

No way it could be done in the UK, for example. You'd end up a homeless beggar.

Shut up retard ... I'm sick of the whole western world whining how bad they have it ... no only Germans, Americans too and even more so. For centuries the northern half of the globe had been living on the expense of the southern half and still they wimp and whine and cry for more. Germans have it better than ever before in history, except maybe the 60s/early 70s "economy wonder", but not even really that ... What you need is to live through a war or a famine so you can appreciate what is important in life: a dry place to sleep, basic clothes and some food ... all else is luxury. I have luxury too, but at least I'm clear about how I make it, I know that I live from the poor but at least I have the balls to admit it.

You are so dumb. If you demand that people should work even for starvation wages this will result in an endless vicious circle:

-people work for less money
-employers can decrease wage
-people must work for lesser money
-employers can decrease wage more
rinse and repeat until most of people are slaves who work for starvation wages --> TPTB will win with their "Divide and rule" method and will etablish a global feudalism

This is so simple but I don't expect a dumb nazi like you to get that.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1110658

yeah your logic fails because if people have no money then there is no buyers of manufactured goods then TPTB have no market to sell into and the whole shebang collapses.

TPTB wish to keep you as a wage slave by inflation which prevents you from making meaningful savings by reducing the value of your liquif assets over time. compelling you to convert them into comsumable goods or invest them to achieve returns.

they then give most people a return but utterly wipe out some but not all of the investors to recoup outlay anf encourage reinvestment but don't wipe out so many that they kill the golden goose.

The capitalists influence the government to open up global trade, advance an immigrant workforce, and facilitate removal of profits from the country in which they were made. None of this is done democratically but by financial influence and social advancement, bribery of officials.

They manufacture economic collapse through intervention in government financial controls which enables them to 'own' more and more of the resources available and to dispossess those who formerly had a holding in such resources.

They manipulate the media to manage any opposition to their plans and create dissent and animosity to benefit from military action which makes more resources available for their exploitation.

Unbridled capitalism. As Margaret Thatcher said "There is no society, it's a jungle out there."

Yet government is a social construct and should be answerable to the people not solely privileged individuals only.

You obviously didn´t get my point. I made the thread because the left is threatening to sue because they consider the sum of 364 EUR insufficient to support yourself, which I find rather obcene.

So fuck you and your self-righteous drivel
