I've been working with the IRS to get this caught up. I was wanting to hire someone to prepare them but the I don't have a lot of time to find someone and money is very tight right now.

What form do I need to fill out and do my deductions from those years need to be rounded out?

I need all the help I can get but like I said I don't have a lot of time.

There is not a statute of limitations if you have not filed a return for those years.

The seven year rule is only applicable if you file.

If you do not file the time is infinite.

Yeah, they told me I only have to go back to 2003 but for some reason 2005 was not needed. I don't know why but I believe I want to find out.

I don't really have a idea why I want to start but I do. I'm tired of getting letters, they just levied my bank account for everything [$9400] and I don't want to go thru this again.

I am aware that there are some out there that have failed to file or fought them in court and won but I don't have the money nor do I even know where to start to begin this fight. I'd love to fight legality of this but am afraid that I'd bring my wife into a problem that I don't want her to deal with.

Form SS5.

Does anyone think there will be anything resembling social security when we retire? I've 49 and, well, I was going to retire at 62, then they upped it to 65. Now its 67. By the time I get close they'll probably up it to 75 or 80.

The fact is, we who have paid into this rat hole are getting FUCKED. The dollar I paid into it in 1984 is worth less than 25% of what it was then and it hasn't grown worth shit.

I would recommend everyone file and SS5. Not only will they not be able to suck FICA off of you, you will no longer be an employee of the United States of America, Inc and you will regain your Constitutional rights.

Yeah, you read it correctly. do some research and stop whining.

But, to the guy that asked, really, just file SS5 and then do your work and forget about it.

i was behind a few years. i had a cpa do mine though.
she filed 1040s with the YEAR on them.
(i just looked at them to verify)

if 1099's were issued for your year 2005, THE IRS will
most likely catch up....i had a year like that, but
i filed.

the VERY important thing is to FILE now.
(you have to file because you are considered a law breaker
until YOU FILE.)

---------------------------------------------

if you have filed, and are years behind, THEN you can get
a tax lawyer to argue for "offer and comprimise".

that's all i can say about it, because i did not get
to such a state that i had to get a tax lawyer.

OK ....If you file and your married DO NOT File as a couple.
(jointly). Tell them he or she doesn't want anything to do with this. If everything you own is in both your names, they can't steal it from you.
I went thru this several years ago.

Do not expect to meet/talk to anyone in person at your convienence. It takes months to set an appointment . One
of my customers used to work for the IRS, she said " they
can not collect from you 10 years after the day you file.
If you can hold out for 10 years they can't collect crap.

If they freeze your bank accounts, they have to do it daily.
there are so many things i can't list them all.

If you really want to escape this robbery, start with "freeman on the land" on you tube and regain your sovereignty.

Did you know that all of your income tax goes to the money printers......Tax to the kings.

gas tax pays for roads and bridges, corporate tax pays for military and other programs , cigarette tax....ect

The house is in her name on the mortgage loan because we saved about $200-$300 for just using her name vs. both our names on the loan application. Both of our names are on all of the county tax offices and what not.
