Residents should ev Officials in central Wisconsin's Columbia County say a levee south of Highway 33 is failing, and access into the Blackhawk Park area is being cut off. As of 4 p.m. Sunday, the access road into Blackhawk Park will be closed. No one is being allowed in or out until further notice. That includes emergency vehicles.
