Look in phone directory of a large city for ads that say "free telephone consultation". True, you only get to talk to an assistant, but often they are pretty knowledgeable and may give you some helpful ideas for dealing with this. Or just go see an attorney. Probably an attorney in the next town rather than where you live; not sure what I'd do in this situation. Do it now. |
