UN Appoints "First Contact" Human to Greet the Aliens!!!!

With all this 9/11 disclosure attention... and the coincidence of appointing a UN official for aliens...

It would look as if they are prepared to let everything "collapse" with aliens visiting before they will ever allow the truth of 9/11 to escape.

Doesn't matter who the UN appoints, last time I checked they were not a part of NASA. Unless that Malaysian chick and the UN have plans on getting there in a straw and mud FTL ship.

What made me wonder all this time - if this is true and they "appoint" a person for Alien first contact. How is that supposed to go down? IF aliens land on earth, how could they control who has the actual first contact anyhow??? Will they say "Wait, nobody move or speak until she arrives"???
It doesn't make sense. Unless they know something - OR - they're just playing mind games with us and are trying to divert our attention away from something else.

It is interesting that the UN proposes designating a non-Star Seed, Dr. Mazlan Othman, a scientist from the largest Moslem nation on Earth, as the presumed designee, (as Director of the UN's Office of Outer Space Affairs (UN-OOSA)), to be the UN's Point of Contact for Star Visitors-to-Earth communications. (Photo attached.)
This trial-balloon news story, (Dr. Othman hasn't be designated by the UN General Assembly yet), can be read several ways. Neither has she even yet described her new duties to a conference of the UK Royal Society, (roughly equivalent to the U.S. Academy of Sciences). That roll-out will happen next week.
It could be read as the UN setting up a person to receive Star Nations communications, (since the UN Secretary-General is so busy with so many global human issues), so that she can filter through the various communications and bring the ones that require such to the UN Secretary-General's direct attention.
In such a scenario, I as Councillor of Earth would: 1) deal with relaying Star Nations-Earth communications (Earth represented by the UN) to all Humans through Dr. Othman, Director of the UN-OOSA; and 2) deal with Star Nations-United States specific relations through National Security Council's Senior Director for Multi-Lateral Affairs, Samantha Power.
It is worth noting that Dr. Othman is not a Cabal asset, just a Regular Human of good will (according to her energy signature).
Or the story can be read as having Mazlan Othman supposedly serving as "Earth's hostess" to arrange for an official reception when the Star Visitors present themselves. But I did not see anything in the "Guardian" news story that stated that Dr. Othman would have on-going, full-portfolio diplomatic duties on behalf on the UN. Thus I do not see her role, if she is appointed, as other than a bureaucratic arrangement to have a Point-Person for the UN (all Earth)'s receiving Star Nations messages.
Such an arrangement could be helpful because she has full-time duties solely devoted to Outer Space Affairs, while the UN Secretary-General's attention is divided over many subjects. And she is very familiar with the UN Resolutions which call for the peaceful use of space. Thus she will be no friend of Cabal plans for staging Star Wars featuring fake
3-D solid holographic "aliens" and human-engineered antigravity craft masquerading as "invader ships".
Naturally certain elements of this "The Guardian" news story are droll. No Star Visitor would now with a straight face walk up to a Human and say, "Take me to your leader." Star Visitors have met face-to-face and communicated with Human governmental officials since 1947. Over the last six decades Star Nations have learned quite well who the human leaders are.
UN-OOSA Director Othman's potential new UN duties notwithstanding, everything having to do with Star Nations-Earth official relations and diplomatic communications will be coordinated through and with the Councillor of/for Earth, Dr. Richard Boylan. Star Nations simply will not deal with any other person purporting to officially represent Earth to Star Nations.
If Mazlan Othman is confirmed in her new duties, then I would expect that I will be dealing with her officially in the foreseeable future, in šāʾ Allāh.
