If they are " worried " that GOPS would supoena these records, I would think that this implies that they have knowon all along he wasn't eligible. They aren't worried so much about him, but rather than themselves, they can all be charged with, and convicted of treason.

The way I am seeing this, he isn't a NBC, he at " best" is a dual citizen if he was born in the USA. His father was never an American, and his mother was too young to confer citizenship if he was born in Kenya.

Dual citizen = no loyality to the USA.. and we I am sure can agree that his apology tour, inablity to address Americans as " My fellow Americans, or My fellow citizens" speaks volumes.
