Fired from Outback Steakhouse

My daughter was fired from Outback Steakhouse. Trying to find an employee handbook. In 1 1/2 years only been written up twice. ( used phone after cut ) sill stuff. DOesnt seem legal. Does any one know what the legal procedure would be ?

No shit. Written up TWICE???? WTF is up with that?

I've been at my job for over 17 years and haven't been written up yet - not once!

I'd say it's time for her to get her shit together and get serious about life.

Written up twice, then fired -- sounds like they have a three strikes policy. So any screw ups after the second write up means an immediate termination.

You're wasting time combatting this. Look for another job.
