When I think about the OPs first post, at first I think maybe this is a good idea. And it would be IF you trust government. Idahos government is just like any other. It has to be monitored every second. Turn your head and they will screw you.

Perhaps this is a way to wrangle precious metals out of the hands of citizens. I mean, get behind in your taxes, you haven't worked for a year, huum you decide to dump that $1500 in silver you have so you can keep your property.
