God would never create a Perfect Universe in which suffering were a permanent state for any of his Children.

The beings arriving have a continuous culture of millions of years. Even in the short time Tibet was an Enlightened State, and India before it in the time of King Ashoka humanity developed the beginnings of the Intricate Science of the Common, Subtle, and Very Subtle Consciousness. There is no denying our Superiors who will come soon are true masters of this science, God's angels who can talk with him directly by living consciously in the gateway between life and death.
