Really? I must have missed all that first time round.

Remember, every ancient religious text uses extraordinary imagery in its narrative - people floating, 'angels', clouds rolling back etc Where do you stop? Is the bible completely factually correct? Was Jesus a spaceman? Many people believe so..What about Norse mythology, ancient Greek? The Vedas? Of course, they could all be talking about the same thing - which is almost another argument completely. The fact is that these 'Sumerian' documents use flowery language to describe a past Golden Age of the Gods. They really don't talk about 'cloning', 'space stations' or 'genetic engineering' any more than the bible does.


Nobody can portray the Anunnaki as he can because nobody uses the same 'translation' as he does. Is everybody else wrong and he is right?

The Ayurvedic literature depicts technology used by these ancient beings and also how they extended their existences, living as "Avatars" that ruled civilizations for thousands of years. Well, it's just a matter of logical deduction to realize that Sitchin didn't make up any "sci-fi" fairy tale, about the Anunnaki. The Anunnaki-sumerian triad ANU-ENKI-ENLIL is the same hindu-vedic triad Brahma-Vishnu-Shiva. Do some research and you will find out about them, in the Vedic literature.

And by the way, Jesus was a hybrid.

I read all of your posts and this thread has gone into a different direction - well, it should because I wanted to inspire a discussion.

However, to just give my opinion - I just thought it was strange that this is being published now for the "regular folks", people that do not study in a university or are scholars or like some of you who are in the know of some of these things and actively research and buy books. For the regular person, this stuff has been hidden/unknown.

For me it was the first time to read ancient Babylonian tablets and to hear the language spoken. It is very interesting.

Regardless if you want to argue the authenticity of the tablets contents, you can not deny they are much older than most of your religious books and they are telling stories of an old civilization. God only knows what is real and what is not. But we should definitely read and try to learn.

I am still convinced this was put out in the MSM now for a reason. Otherwise why are they suddenly bringing out the "Anunnaki language and history" to us??? Nothing's happening out of coincidence...this was done on purpose. They could have read different texts or poems yet they read very significant parts of the tablets and published them with text and translation. Think about it.
