In a 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 ratio Don't eat many carbs (240 cal a day max) Don't overdo fiber. It irritates your colon and causes cancer. Fruits and Vegs don't stop cancer. eat them for taste. On and on. Who is the author & where did you get the book from? I've checked Amazon and Chapters & neither have it. My health food store does not have it either. |

I take two organic flax seed oil capsules a day and no more vericose veins or inflammation. I'm also a breat cancer survivor going on 5 yrs now. I never bought the fish oil hype. I also make sure that when I take a multivitamin (not every day) that it's chewable. Vitamin D as well (daily). I can honestly say that I haven't been sick in over 5 yrs. and I was heavily exposed to Swine Flu last year (no vaccination either). I don't mind your plug on your friends book and all but I'm sticking with my plan for now. I tried and tried to get her on the oils before it got out of hand...She said she was going to do exactly what the doctor says and no more...It was sad to be holding her hand and watching her slip away and tears running down my cheek at the same time. She gave all the power to the oncologist who done all he could...by his limited training...It was not all that good be done, he just did know anything except what he was taught in medical school. I think there is a point of no return if cancer goes too far..and it did go too far...her husband would could have influence her but he choose not too and thought the doctors were going to pull her out..It would not have hurt a all...but in the last weeks of her life he was giving her some kind of great juice from aspargus, but at that point it was too late. He will never say anything to me about it, because i think he is very much has a guilty feeling for..I had Brian Peskin to autograp a book snd sent it to her...I asked brian about this and he said family members are the hardest to reach and too not to worry about as you did the best you could to get the infomation to her...Ultimately she choose or her husband choose not to do anything...We give more credit wo doctors of what we think they know than they know... her is a link you may injoy...and bring home the points I have been writing about.... I wanted to post on cancer, first because I had colon cancer in 07. I considerd myself to be a health nut, but still got it. I began to read and study and purchase books on cancer, do a lot of emailing etc..After a lots of books reading...(and I certainly don't want cancer to come back for a visit.) I found research that changed my life for sure on cancer etc. The Book The Hidden Story Of Cancer is the name of the book ..My wife and I go by the recomdations to the letter almost to the letter. I found omega 6 is farm more important than omega 3...But the omega 6 has to be in organic form...fish oil is a no no...if you learn this now you will be 2-5 years ahead of everyone who will learn all this later I promise..If anyone wants to know my story I will be glad to send what I wrote as I give it away..This reseach needs to seen by everyone..Lots of it comes from medical schools textbooks...It shocked me too. Brian Peskin connects the dots to cancer like no one you will ever read. My email is sid_aust@msn.com thanks Sid The dietary ratio of omega 3 to 6 should be 1 to 1. Today's American diet is 1 to 10 or even 1 to 20 (too much omega 6.) For most people with cancer, giving them omega six oils would accelerate cancer growth. It could have been different in your case. Some people need omega-6 for their cancer.
