Had neighbors like that their kids would find any reason to come to my house. Once they came with pillows and a small bag of clothes, I asked if they got their parents OK. About that time their drunken mother put her fist into the windshield of there 1980's ragged-out mini van. Dad was inside trying to escape. I said never mind, come in.
Cops show up and the whole neighborhood is looking out of the blinds. Their Kids played video games and watched TV, did not want to check. Funny police never came to check on the kids. They stayed the whole weekend.
