I'm Cooking Pot Roast | |
| SaltWaterTaffy User ID: 1066095 10/04/2010 03:17 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Pot roast is our family's favorite. I love to dip bread and butter in the juice, or pour the juice over buttered rice. :SWT name: When the shit hits the fan and the end is quite nigh, will you cry out to heaven? Will you lay down and die? Not me, my dear ones. This is my sacred life. To no one or no thing I'll surrender. For how does one know where when dead he will go, or if sweet mother Earth she'll remember? |

We have a natural gas grill, so no charcoal. I can cook all winter if I choose though. No matter how cold. You have one life. Live it. You have one voice, use it. You have one :Hickory-1: |

Sounds like you're referring to smoking. It's how most Texas barbeque is cooked...long and slow...doing ribs tomorrow. This is the best time of the year here, but we pay for it in the summer. Stay warm. I'll think of your while I'm outside wearing shorts, barefoot, and smoking those ribs and sipping a cold beverage. |
