All thats holding the worlds financial system up now is creating more fake phony digit money. My guess is they're doing this till they can get thier big war going or something else to have a buffer of letting the financial system finally totally collapse. The elites need something else to take the blame off them.

Add this to the fact that the Congress has *yet* to do anything about continuing the Bush(?) tax breaks which, if not renewed by this year, will see the tax burden of an already battered people go up by almost 55% in some areas. The Millionaires Tax for example. Say you're a farmer who brings in about 300,000 a year. That income goes right back into the farm and the equipment to keep it going. I know this because I've been playing the farming game for most of my life. It ain't easy. Anywho, back to Bob our trusty farmer. He isn't a millionaire- just a hard working American farmer. But something horrible happens! Poor Bob gets run down by his herd of cattle as he's out tossing bales for winter munching. Oh noes! Poor Bob. What happens to Bob's estate. Remember, he isn't a millionaire.

All of that land, the farm equipment, the house, and even the herd of cattle that brought this disaster onto Bob's family are about to create another hell for Bob's surviving kin. See, all of that is worth about 2 million and without the Bush tax cuts in place, 55% of Bob's estate now belongs to Uncle Sam.

And that's supposed to stimulate the economy??

Five for you Scrump, few know what really triggered the crash, the money withdrawal. In other words, A RUN ON THE TREASURY. I truly think they expected it to fold.

And I for one appreciate Scrump putting all of these articles in a single post. I don't have the time to read through each and every economic thread and these newsletters make it easier for me to keep up on what is going on - whatever the subject of the newsletter he posts.
