Yep, good stuff. If you want to kill the taste, mix it with Crystal Lite peach tea along with the honey. Sounds weird, but if you do that it tastes exactly like cider. Discovered it by accident. And I mean it tastes EXACTLY like cider.

i don't mind the vinegary taste so much as most people would. i can handle it but i'll definitely try that recipe. sound good.

Yep, that ACV is pretty great. The energy I felt the first time I tried it was like that of an energy drink, but it felt more spread through my entire body - not just my head. And it was a pleasant, calming energy, too. It felt more "pure" than the nasty sugar high from something like Red Bull. I just wish I liked the taste more. I try burying a teaspoon in some V8 juice and the aftertaste still plagues me!

yep. it was a sugar rush or anything like that. just an overall good feeling. i still have half a bottle left i'm gonna down here in about an hour.

this is a jar (like a snapple) of an already premade drink i found at the fresh market.

it just contains distilled water, apple cider vinegar, and honey. the brand is bragg's.

I started to take a swig before going to work in the afternoons.

mix 1 ounce of apple cider vinegar with 20 ounces of water, pour a little honey and sugar

throw in your favorite instant powdered drink mix like lipton instant ice tea or lemonade, etc.

crystal light has aspertame in it. thats why i don't drink it. it's hard to find anything good to drink, it either has aspertame or HFCS in it or floride. :(
