Phoenix cop tazers, pepper sprays unarmed man, shoots mans dog, then the shoots unarmed man

PHOENIX -- A Phoenix police officer who fatally shot a man during a confrontation has been arrested on an aggravated assault charge.

Court records released on Wednesday show that an officer accompanying Officer Richard Chrisman on the domestic violence call saw no threat and no weapon in the suspect's hands.

They say he pulled his handgun, put it to the man's head and told him he didn't need a warrant. Over the next few minutes, he tazers him, shoots the dog, then shoots the man. Nice to see the accompanying officer telling the truth about no apparent threat. Musta been real ugly...

It's not like it's their job to help you get out of the situation in a safe and reasonable way or something...

Sounds as if they might just do the right thing and charge the officer with murder which is what it was.

Yesterday I ran into WalMart for a couple of things.

though she has recently been promoted into a mid-level management position.
