Anonymous Coward User ID: 1103728 United States 10/07/2010 06:08 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | i work & live in downtown portland...about a month and a half ago, i was working in a retail store when a guy went into the changing room, smoked meth where we could smell & hear it, took all his clothes off, jacked off w/ what seemed like a sticky messy lube which he touched everything with,(he had grabbed my purse & bag containing new clothing purchases that i had just bought from this store for about 200. dollars as he was going into locked dressing room) while we were waiting for the cops to come, the guy put on all the clothes over his discusting body, had taken $50. out of my purse(which in the frenzy, i didn't realize until cops were gone)and took my personal purse items and put down his front...he threw open the door and blew meth smoke right into my face! and then danced around wildly until cops arrived & ceased his crackpipe, etc. after a while of cop crap, they let him go, let him walk to his car & drive away high! the cops told me that they weren't taking people in over these kinds of things anymore unless i personally wanted to press charges since only damage was done to me, but recommended against it since he would get right back out, probablyupset with me, with no protection. we were all dundfounded that the pipe being physical evidence, us all witnessing him doing drugs in public, plus "assaulting" me w/ smoke in face, etc. but they shrugged and explained nicely that drug use was no longer a priority in multnomah county! not fun!! |

You have to choose which offenders you want in jail? At what level of offense do you want them jailed? They are innocent until proven guilty, remember? |

That is really creepy and gross. A lot of men have poisoned souls from looking at too much porn, they are out of control. You can spot those types too like on forums when they call people pussies and put down women, like they are obsessed with hating women. Porn has been shown to change brainwaves, and it makes men who are addicted to it unable to have healthy relationships. This was an extreme situation that you encountered, so many men are ruined from our sick society, like they have fallen to the dark side. I feel terrible for children who encounter these types of situations. |
